How much luggage and how many skis fit?
The Yukon Denali takes 7 guests with 7 suitcases, the Suburban 6 guests (captain’s chairs) with 6 suitcases, and the Transit van 11 guests with luggage for everyone. Tell us about skis and boards when you book - we bring the right vehicle and carrier.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes - complimentary. Infant, convertible and booster seats are available on request. Add them when you book (with ages) and we install them before pickup.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight and move your pickup to the actual landing time, so a delayed flight costs you nothing extra. Your complimentary wait starts when the flight lands: 60 minutes at Denver (DEN) and Eagle/Vail (EGE), and 15 minutes at Aspen (ASE), the other airports and all non-airport pickups. Waiting beyond that is $35 per 15 minutes.
Do you drive in winter weather?
Yes - our drivers live here and drive these roads every day. Our SUVs are four-wheel drive. If Independence Pass is closed or I-70 is shut, we re-route via Glenwood Canyon or Highway 82 and keep you updated by text.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup. Inside 48 hours, 50% of the fare is charged; inside 24 hours or for a no-show, the full fare. Over the holidays (December 20, 2026 - January 3, 2027) and during event weeks, cancellation is free up to 72 hours before pickup and the full fare is charged inside 72 hours. Event weeks for the 2026-27 season: X Games (January 28, 2027 - February 1, 2027), Presidents’ Day week (February 12, 2027 - February 21, 2027), Food & Wine Classic (June 17, 2027 - June 21, 2027 (expected)), Fourth of July (July 2, 2027 - July 5, 2027). There is no charge if the airline cancels your flight or the road is closed by the authorities.
Is gratuity included?
A suggested 20% chauffeur gratuity is added to each fare and goes in full to your driver. You can change or remove it. The only other fee is a 2% credit card fee, which you avoid by paying by bank transfer; paying with cash or Venmo saves 5% on the fare.
Do I pay when I book?
You send a request and we confirm availability and the price by text or email. We hold your card at booking and charge it after the ride, or at the cancellation deadline if you cancel late. You can also pay with cash, Venmo or bank transfer; cash and Venmo save 5% on the fare, and card payments carry a 2% fee.
Which airports do you serve?
Aspen (ASE), Eagle/Vail (EGE), Denver (DEN), Rifle (RIL) and Grand Junction (GJT), plus private terminals (FBOs) at each. At Aspen, the private terminal (Atlantic Aviation) has its own fare, shown on our rates page: private aviation transfers need extra coordination, flexible scheduling and personalized service for a seamless arrival or departure.
Are there holiday surcharges?
No. Our fares are the same every day of the year, with no surge pricing and no late-night fee. Holidays, X Games and Food & Wine weekend do sell out, so book early.
Is this a private car or a shared shuttle?
Always private. You book the whole vehicle for your group, and the fare is per vehicle, not per person. We do not run shared shuttles where you ride with other travelers.
Is my booking confirmed right away?
Booking online sends us a reservation request in under a minute, with an instant price estimate. Your ride is confirmed once we reply by text or email with the confirmed time, vehicle and price.
