Aspen Peak Transportation LLC, Aspen, Colorado 81611. This policy explains what information we collect when you book or contact us, and how we use it.
What We Collect
- Contact details: name, phone number and email.
- Ride details: pickup and drop-off, date and time, flight number, passengers, luggage and notes.
- Payment: handled by Square. We receive the payment status, not your full card number.
How We Use It
- To confirm, dispatch and complete your ride, and to contact you about it by phone, text or email.
- To process payment and keep the business records the law requires.
- To improve our service. We do not sell your information.
Text Messages
By giving your phone number when you book, you agree to receive texts about your ride. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not share your phone number or text consent with anyone for their marketing.
Location
Our chauffeur app records the vehicle's location while a chauffeur is on duty, for dispatch, safety and billing. We don't track your phone.
Who We Share It With
Only the people and services needed to provide your ride: your chauffeur; Square (payments); our own booking and dispatch system, which runs on Netlify and Supabase; Netlify (website host); Google Workspace (email); and our text-message provider. We may disclose information when the law requires it.
Partners
If a hotel or partner referred you, we tell them a ride was completed and the fare so we can pay their commission, not your contact details.
Cookies and Analytics
This website does not use Google Analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Our website host keeps standard server logs, such as the pages requested and your IP address, for security and to keep the site running. We don't respond to browser Do Not Track signals, because we don't track you across other websites.
How Long We Keep It
Ride and payment records: 7 years for tax and PUC purposes. Inquiries that don't become a booking: 12 months.
Security
We use encrypted services and limit access to staff who need it. If a breach affects your information, we'll notify you as required by Colorado law.
Children
Our website isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. Children travel only when booked by an adult.
Your Choices
Reply STOP to any text to stop messages. To see, correct or delete your information, email contact@aspenpeaktransportation.com. We reply to access or deletion requests within 30 days.
Changes
We'll post updates here with a new effective date.
