These terms apply to every ride booked with Aspen Peak Transportation LLC ("we", "us") by website, phone, text or email. By booking you agree to them.
Our Service
We provide prearranged private transportation licensed by the Colorado Public Utilities Commission (PUC LL-04295). Every ride is booked in advance; we do not pick up street hails.
Fares, Gratuity and Fees
- Fares are fixed per vehicle, one way, as shown on our rates page or quoted to you before the ride. There is no surge pricing and no holiday or late-night surcharge. The only payment fee is the card fee described below.
- A suggested 20% chauffeur gratuity is added to each fare and paid in full to your chauffeur. It is optional: you can change or remove it.
- Hourly service has a minimum of 2 hours.
- Extra stops are $35 each.
- Complimentary wait: 15 minutes for pickups, and 60 minutes after landing for airport pickups in Denver (DEN) and Eagle/Vail (EGE) only. After that, waiting is $35 per 15 minutes.
Payment
- We hold your card at booking and charge it after the ride, or at the cancellation deadline if you cancel late.
- Card payments are processed by Square; we never see or store your full card number.
- Save 5% on your ride fare when you pay with cash or Venmo. Credit card fee: 2% on reservations. Pay by bank transfer to avoid this fee.
Cancellation
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup. Inside 48 hours, 50% of the fare is charged; inside 24 hours or for a no-show, the full fare.
- Holidays (December 20, 2026 - January 3, 2027) and event weeks: free cancellation up to 72 hours before pickup; 100% of the fare inside 72 hours. Event weeks for the 2026-27 season: X Games (January 28, 2027 - February 1, 2027), Presidents’ Day week (February 12, 2027 - February 21, 2027), Food & Wine Classic (June 17, 2027 - June 21, 2027 (expected)), Fourth of July (July 2, 2027 - July 5, 2027).
- There is no charge if the airline cancels your flight or the road is closed by the authorities.
Flights and Airport Pickups
- For airport pickups we track your flight and adjust the pickup time to the actual arrival.
- At Aspen/Pitkin County Airport (ASE) your chauffeur meets you curbside, outside the terminal, not inside.
- At Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE), exit the terminal through Door 6 to the designated Ground Transportation Lot, where your driver meets you. Your driver will confirm the exact meeting location if airport procedures change.
- Delays caused by weather, road closures or other events outside our control are not our liability, but we will always do our best to get you there.
Passengers and Luggage
Passenger numbers may not exceed the vehicle's seats or the number booked. Extra guests or luggage may need a larger vehicle at its fare.
Children and Animals
- Child seats are complimentary. Please request them, with each child's age, when you book and at least 24 hours before pickup.
- Service animals are always welcome. Pets travel by arrangement.
- Children travel only when booked by an adult.
In the Vehicle
- Seat belts are required for every passenger.
- Guests 21 and over may bring drinks in the rear seats. No alcohol if anyone under 21 is aboard. The chauffeur may refuse an intoxicated guest.
- No smoking or vaping.
- The chauffeur may refuse or end a ride if a passenger is unsafe or abusive.
Cleaning and Damage
Cleaning $150; biohazard up to $500; smoking or vaping $250; damage at repair cost. We send photos within 48 hours.
Lost Items
We hold found items for 30 days; return shipping is at your cost.
Text Messages
When you book we may text you about your ride: confirmations, your chauffeur's details and arrival updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not send marketing texts without your consent.
Limit of Liability
Our liability for any ride is limited to the fare paid for it. We are not liable for missed flights, connections or other indirect losses, except where the law does not allow this limit.
Disputes and Governing Law
Colorado law applies. Disputes go to the courts of Pitkin County, Colorado. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your card company.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms; the version in effect on the date you book applies.
